Squeee, I love him! I just love your style! His wings and mane are especially super special awesome! I love his mane.. I love it. And the style of his antlers. <3 I don't like the color I chose for them.. I just picked something random in the ref because I wasn't sure what'd look good.

His legs are weird-ish.. It's one of those things that I know it's not right, but I don't know what. I think... on the left leg, make the ankle smaller, like it's going back (I know, it's very hard to do). On the right leg.. maybe lengthen his thigh and shorten the shin, or maybe just shortening his shin would fix it. You don't need to shorten it too much, though, because his shins are supposed to be slightly longer than his thigh. I meant to include his proportions in his ref, but I forgot... and there were some other details that I forgot to add to his ref. I'm thinking of making him a new ref, after I make Vanya's, Talon's, and Xyon's, and remake Exp. 237's.

And thank you for the info! I definitely knew there was stuff going on something wicked with those legs and the proportions... That's a freakishly hard pose for me to draw... I just fail so epically when it comes to rear legs of critters.... And I took the cheater's way out and tried to hide the biggest part of my suckiness with that froofy tail!

But pose came nice! It portrays his personality well. And it's okay that you hid the legs. I do that all the time! _{Most notably in Midnight Snack} I also have trouble with hind legs, especially canines and felines. >.< I've drawn dragons so much that they don't give me trouble.

I originally was going to draw him in this pose, or close to it; then I changed my mind and was going to make him sitting... then changed it again because I already had the top half done and it would look weird if he were sitting, and then I couldn't get it right and I was tired and it was late and I needed to get to bed to get up for work today and.. ugh... you get the point

Well, I fixed the legs just a bit ago and I think you'll like it! I won't upload it until I colour it, but I like the feet now so much that I'm not trying to hide it with that froofy tail anymore
But, the feet don't really look too much like the ones in the ref. I accidentally gave him 3 toes instead of four, and the feet are actually quite large now But going with simpler lines was certainly the way to do it! I'm wau happier with it! Thanks for your suggestions!!

The toe number isn't a problem and Xyrrus normally has large paws.
